Customer Service & Admin Assistant
£12.71 per hour | Contract until January Shift options: Sun–Wed or Wed–Sat Hours: 10am – 6pm
About the Role
We’re looking for a proactive Customer Service & Admin Assistant to join a busy, friendly team supporting customers with their delivery bookings. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys problem‑solving, speaking with customers, and keeping things running smoothly behind the scenes.
Key Responsibilities
- Calling customers to reschedule delivery dates and times
- Preventing failed deliveries by confirming access, availability, and booking details
- Providing excellent customer service with a confident, professional phone manner
- Updating internal systems and maintaining accurate records
- General administration and database use to support the wider team
