Responsibilities

• Handle IT and administrative tasks required to keep staff and clients efficiently working.
• Speak to clients and collaborate with all departments to troubleshoot issues.
• Travel between buildings and locations on demand to attend to issues.
• Work with enterprise hardware, software, and cloud-based services.
• Gain knowledge of Post Production technologies first hand at a leading London Post Production Facility.

Whatever the issue, you won’t be alone, and will be guided by our experienced Engineering Team.

Qualifications

• Quickly grasp technical concepts and solutions; provide internal and external support.
• Comfortable with a command line environment.
• Basic understanding of IP networking.
• Excellent technical and troubleshooting skills.
• Team player willing to collaborate and follow direction from the current team.

Advantageous

• Familiarity with a command line environment.
• Experience installing operating systems.
• Experience with Linux, Windows, and Mac operating systems.
• Understanding basics of IP networking.
• Experience with computer hardware.
• Amicable and happy to assist people with limited technical knowledge.
