Lead Residential HVAC Installer (Full-Time)

Experienced lead installer needed to run residential HVAC installs, manage crews, and ensure clean, efficient jobs from start to finish.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise residential HVAC installation crews
• Install and replace systems (air handlers, condensers, ductwork, thermostats, refrigerant lines)
• Read blueprints and plan installations
• Perform site assessments and identify install requirements
• Ensure jobs meet quality, safety, and code standards
• Troubleshoot install issues and make adjustments as needed
• Coordinate with subcontractors and suppliers
• Train and mentor junior installers
• Communicate with customers and provide system recommendations

Requirements

• HVAC license/certification
• Strong residential install experience with leadership background
• Solid understanding of HVAC systems, codes, and safety
• Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings
• Strong troubleshooting skills
• Valid driver’s license with clean record
• Able to work in various environments and conditions
