About the Role

We are seeking a commercially minded FP&A Manager with a strong focus on cost management and operational efficiency. This role will provide critical insight and challenge to ensure cost discipline across the business, supporting strategic decision-making and driving performance improvement.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver accurate and timely cost reporting, including variance analysis against budget and forecast.
• Lead the cost element of budgeting and forecasting processes.
• Provide actionable insights on cost drivers and trends to senior stakeholders.
• Act as a trusted advisor to operational teams, influencing decisions to ensure cost efficiency.
• Drive initiatives to streamline processes and improve cost visibility.

Skills & Experience

• Qualified Accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA) or equivalent experience.
• Strong FP&A background with demonstrable experience in cost management in a FinTech environment.
• Advanced Excel and financial modelling skills; BI tools experience is a plus.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Commercially minded and proactive in identifying opportunities for improvement.

This role will be on a 6 month FTC, predominately home based but you will be expected to come into the office a few times a month.
