Responsibilities

• Support adults with learning disabilities, autism and other complex needs.
• Assist with daily living and physical health tasks.
• Provide encouragement and support for independence.
• Mentor and share skills and experiences with colleagues.

Qualifications

• Strong experience in mental health, autism, sensory communication and physical health.
• Experience in social care if you do not hold a qualification.
• Passionate about supporting people to live independently.
• Ability to mentor and share skills with colleagues.
