Saw Operator

Overview

Our client is a leading UK provider of bespoke security systems. They are seeking an experienced Saw Operator to work in their Workshop on a full-time, permanent basis.

Responsibilities

• Operate the saw effectively and efficiently
• Work off technical drawings
• Keep waste to a minimum
• Follow Health & Safety to avoid accidents
• Operate a forklift
• Perform machine maintenance

Qualifications

• Previous experience operating a saw in an engineering/manufacturing environment
• A practical outlook with materials knowledge
• Ability to read technical drawings
• Excellent attention to detail
• Physically fit
• Machine maintenance experience

• Hours: Monday to Friday 6.30am-4pm
