This role is available to all types of residential conveyancing lawyer – those with commercial property experience are also invited to apply.
Responsibilities
- Handle a property caseload and maintain a comprehensive working knowledge of the law concerning all aspects of residential conveyancing.
- Forge strong, positive relationships with colleagues and third parties.
- Work with attention to detail and as part of a collaborative property team, with the ability to work independently when required.
Qualifications and Skills
- Friendly and helpful team player, but able to work independently when required
- Confident communicator
- Well organised with ability to prioritise workload
- Fully IT literate and able to confidently operate MS Office packages and case management systems
- Ability to work accurately with a good attention to detail
You will also have:
- Experience handling a property caseload and a comprehensive working knowledge of the law concerning all aspects of residential conveyancing.
