Customer Team Member

Location: High Street, Cranbrook, TN17 3DQ

Pay: £13.04 per hour

Contract: 12 hours per week + regular overtime, 4‑month temporary contract, part‑time

Working pattern: 6pm to 11pm, with flexible availability across the week to include at least one weekend shift. We’re happy to discuss additional availability further at interview.

Full, paid training provided

You must be aged 18 or over to apply for this role as it may involve working before 6am or after 10pm, or other business‑related duties.

We’re looking for Customer Team Members to join our team at Co‑op.

What you’ll do

  • Friendly and thoughtful service – put customers first in everything you do: responding to queries, championing Co‑op products and Membership, and doing all you can to deliver a great shopping experience.
  • Work together to make everyone’s day better – support your store colleagues to solve problems for customers and members.
  • Make sure the store is safe and legal – keep the shelves stocked and ensure prices, dates, and temperatures are all up to standard.
  • Help introduce new products and services – make changes feel natural, sharing experiences with your colleagues so everyone learns together.
  • Support your local community – get involved in all kinds of activities and events.
