Hospital Specialty Training Executive Officer – Belfast Join the public sector in Belfast as a Hospital Specialty Training Executive Officer and support the coordination and delivery of medical training programmes within a busy healthcare environment. You will play a key role in ensuring processes run efficiently through effective administration and organisation. About this role: £14.06 per hour Monday to Thursday (9am – 5pm) & Friday (8.30am – 4.30pm) 37.5 hours per week Immediate start Duration: 2 months with potential extension Please note the closing date for this vacancy is Friday 5th June 2026 at 10am. What you’ll be doing: Liaise with Lead Educators to coordinate recruitment processes Create and manage vacancies via the online application system Coordinate shortlisting and interview schedules Ensure compliance with equality and diversity legislation Prepare interview documentation Assist with pre-placement checks, including references Provide advice and information to interview panels What you’ll need: GCSE English and Maths (A-C) or equivalent, plus 2 A Levels (or higher qualification) 18 months’ relevant administrative experience in an office environment OR A minimum of 3 years’ relevant administrative experience in an office environment You should also have: Experience using Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint Ability to maintain and improve systems and customer service standards Experience analysing information to support decision-making Strong organisational and workload management skills If this sounds like the next step in your career, we’d love to hear from you.
