This is an excellent opportunity for a commercially minded professional with experience in contracts, insurance, risk, compliance or governance to join a dynamic business operating in a highly regulated environment.
Working closely with key stakeholders across the organisation, you will play a pivotal role in supporting contract management activities, overseeing insurance administration processes, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
The key responsibilities of the role are:
- Drafting and reviewing commercial agreements, service contracts and other business documentation
- Identifying contractual obligations, compliance requirements and potential commercial risks
- Supporting the administration and ongoing maintenance of the contract management system
- Monitoring contract compliance and promoting best practice across the wider business
- Assisting with the management and resolution of contractual disputes and issues
- Coordinating insurance claims reporting activities and ensuring appropriate records are maintained
- Maintaining accurate records of insurance incidents, claims activity and policy documentation
- Acting as a key point of contact for insurance-related matters and reviewing insurance related documentation
- Monitoring compliance with relevant regulatory requirements, internal policies and international sanctions obligations
- Maintaining corporate risk registers and supporting the preparation of risk reports for senior management
- Collaborating with stakeholders across multiple departments and producing clear and concise reports
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- Previous experience within contracts and insurance function, with knowledge of contract drafting and review
- Strong understanding of contract administration and commercial business practices
- Knowledge of risk management, insurance processes and regulatory compliance
- Confidence communicating with stakeholders at all levels of an organisation
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities effectively
- Ability to produce clear, concise reports and documentation
