Student Behaviour & Pastoral Support Officer

Budmouth Academy Weymouth is seeking a passionate Behaviour Support Officer to join their team. In this role, you will work closely with the Pastoral team to foster positive student behaviour and engagement, supporting students’ emotional and social needs.

The ideal candidate will consistently uphold high standards and expectations in line with the academy’s ethos. You will be responsible for managing detentions and liaising with parents to address any behavioural issues, ensuring all students receive the support they deserve.

This full-time role requires 40 hours per week during term time with the opportunity for professional development.
