Tradewind Recruitment is seeking a Special Support Assistant to provide dedicated, one-to-one support for a non-verbal autistic pupil at Blackpool Academy. This role is crucial for the pupil’s emotional stability and development through careful nurturing and tailored learning approaches.
The position operates Monday to Friday, during term-time only, from 8:30 AM to 3:30 PM, with a pay rate of £14.25 – £15.00 per hour. The contract is temporary, lasting until July 2028, with a start date in September 2026.
