SEN Class Teacher & Team Leader (KS3–Post-16)

Randstad Education is seeking a full-time Class Teacher with SEN experience in Ely, Cambridgeshire. This role involves planning and delivering a differentiated curriculum while leading a team of Teaching Assistants. The ideal candidate will have Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and proven expertise in an SEN setting.

You will create and implement Education, Health and Care Plans, track student progress, and foster a positive learning environment. Additional skills in leadership and communication are essential.
