Senior Sales Administrator
Location: Cheddar (relocating to Worle by end of 2026)
Salary: £31,000 per annum
Employment: Full Time | Permanent
Working hours: Monday to Friday | 08:30-16:30 or 09:00-17:00
The Role
As Senior Sales Administrator, you will play a vital role supporting the sales process from initial order to completion, ensuring customers receive a seamless and professional service at every stage.
Key Responsibilities
- Process customer sales orders accurately and efficiently
- Manage customer enquiries and provide exceptional service
- Liaise with internal departments to ensure smooth order fulfilment
- Handle quotations, invoicing and general sales administration
- Maintain accurate records and update internal systems
- Support the wider sales team with administrative duties
- Build strong relationships with customers and suppliers
The Ideal Candidate
We are looking for someone with previous experience within a sales administration or sales order processing role who is highly organised, detail-oriented and capable of working independently.
Required Experience and Skills
- Proven experience in a senior sales administration/order processing position
- Strong organisational and multitasking skills
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- A proactive and professional approach
- The ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Confidence using Microsoft Office and internal systems/CRM platforms
