  • Partner with People Leads and Global Talent teams to design high‑impact leadership programs, integrate AI solutions that transform how our leaders grow and succeed.
  • Lead end‑to‑end delivery and facilitation of leadership development initiatives across the European region. Manage logistics, engage and upskill facilitators, and ensure exceptional learner experiences.
  • Apply clear metrics to evaluate program effectiveness, demonstrate ROI, and provide regular, insightful reporting and analysis to leadership, translating learning data into actionable insights.
  • Build strong partnerships and influence cross‑functional and geographically dispersed teams, gaining buy‑in for learning initiatives and acting as a trusted subject‑matter expert and strategic advisor to ensure integrated and aligned capability.
  • Create compelling communication plans and assets to raise engagement, understanding, and adoption of leadership development initiatives across the organization.

  • Leadership Development Expertise – deep knowledge of leadership models, competency frameworks, and assessment methodologies that drive behaviour and performance shifts.
  • Strategic Thinking – demonstrated experience connecting learning initiatives to business goals, anticipating capability needs, and bringing an outside‑in perspective on learning trends.
  • Exceptional Facilitation & Presentation Skills – proven track record of facilitating dynamic and engaging sessions across large and diverse audiences, leveraging adult learning principles that unlock key mindset shifts.
  • Strong and creative communicator – proven ability to create multi‑format communication assets (presentations, toolkits) and deliver compelling messages across diverse stakeholder groups.

  • Analytical & Tech Savvy – strong analytical skills and learning technology proficiency (including Workday) to interpret data, inform decisions and optimise learning experiences.
