Lifeline Operations Leader 24/7 Frontline Care

WARWICK DISTRICT COUNCIL is looking for two Lifeline Team Leaders to manage their Independent Living service. This role involves leading teams that provide a customer-focused lifeline service to vulnerable residents, ensuring support is available 24/7. Candidates should demonstrate extensive frontline leadership experience and a commitment to safeguarding.

The position requires strong communication and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to manage sensitive situations. This post will be based in Royal Leamington Spa and does not allow for hybrid working.
