Role Overview

Support the delivery of the firm’s reward strategy and programmes. Provide benefit programmes for UK staff and global Partners, and advise on reward and benefits queries.

Responsibilities

  • Own and manage monthly benefit reporting, ensuring accurate and timely delivery of benefit information to payroll and vendors.
  • Conduct data checks and reconciliations to ensure accurate information is processed and held on HR and vendor systems.
  • Reconcile and process vendor invoices; manage partner benefit payment processes and act as first point of contact for partner queries.
  • Provide annual benefit recharges and year‑end accruals to finance.
  • Support UK staff and global Partner benefit renewals, managing data and liaising with vendors.
  • Ongoing management of the Reward Mailbox, answering benefit queries and escalating complex cases.
  • Identify themes from queries to improve benefit communications and propose efficiency improvements.
  • Maintain and enhance the online benefits portal, troubleshooting issues and updating information.
  • Assist with testing and rollout of project windows and employee/partner communications to maximise engagement.
  • Provide general admin support to the Reward team, including attending supplier meetings and supporting ad‑hoc projects.

Qualifications

  • Education: 3 A’ levels or equivalent, degree‑educated or CIPD qualified (desirable).
  • Analytical skills: manipulate and analyse large data sets using advanced Excel techniques (look‑ups, pivot tables).
  • Strong numerical and detail orientation for accurate reporting.
  • Problem‑solving skills to identify and resolve data or process discrepancies.
  • Organisational skills: manage multiple deadlines with strong prioritisation.
  • Clear written and verbal communication.
  • Previous reward/benefits experience preferred; an interest in reward and willingness to learn are essential.
  • Office and system skills: proficiency in Excel and familiarity with Workday HR or another HR system.
