Responsibilities

  • Providing exceptional customer service via the telephone and written communication
  • Providing administrative support to your team, departments and branches
  • Updating internal databases and systems with a commitment to attention to detail
  • Building internal and external relationships and communicating on a variety of levels

Qualifications

  • A customer‑first mentality with great communication skills both verbally and written
  • Good PC skills
  • High level of attention to detail
  • Enjoy working as part of a team
  • Organisation skills
  • Enthusiastic and willing to learn
  • GCSE English & Maths grade 4 (C) or above
  • A Levels or equivalent would be advantageous
  • Must be able to commute to our Aldershot office and Farnborough College of Technology
  • Due to funding restrictions applicants must be 18 or above on the 1st September 2026 and have lived in the UK for the last 3 years
