Hours

37.5 hours per week.

Salary

£12.80 per hour.

Shift Work

Role consists of shift work and weekends on a rota basis.

Qualifications

All Support Workers must already possess or commit to undertaking a Level 2 Diploma in Health and Social Care.

Key Duties

• Assist with personal care needs.
• Medication administration.
• Support in daily activities, hobbies, or outings.
• Follow care plan guidance and company policies.
• Develop open, honest, and considerate relationships with those cared for.
• Maintain written and electronic daily records.
• Attend and complete required training.
