Shift Work
Role consists of shift work and weekends on a rota basis.
Qualifications
All Support Workers must already possess or commit to undertaking a Level 2 Diploma in Health and Social Care.
Key Duties
- Assist with personal care needs.
- Medication administration.
- Support in daily activities, hobbies, or outings.
- Follow care plan guidance and company policies.
- Develop open, honest, and considerate relationships with those cared for.
- Maintain written and electronic daily records.
- Attend and complete required training.
