We’re working with one of the UK’s leading financial platforms as they continue scaling their engineering function and modernising their technology estate – They’re really driving AI innovation and adoption!
Now they need a Principal Engineer to help shape their front end, drive prototyping initiatives, improve developer experience and bring fresh thinking around modern engineering practices, including AI tooling and automation.
This role would suit someone who still enjoys being technical but has evolved beyond wanting to code 24/7.
Someone solution focused, highly collaborative and comfortable operating across teams, stakeholders and large scale engineering challenges.
