Qualified Nursery Practitioner – Start Date: ASAP – Location: Sutton – Full-time – Salary: Negotiable depending on experience.

We are seeking a dedicated Qualified Nursery Practitioner to join a welcoming early years setting in Sutton. This role is part of a federation that offers integrated childcare and education for children from birth to age four. The successful candidate will support a play‑based curriculum, working with children grouped by age and ensuring consistent routines and strong relationships.

Responsibilities

• Support children’s learning and development through engaging, play‑based activities.
• Build positive relationships with children, staff, and parents.
• Ensure safeguarding and welfare requirements are consistently met.
• Collaborate within the nursery team to maintain a nurturing environment.
• Observe, assess, and record children’s progress.

Qualifications & Experience

• Enhanced DBS Certificate with the Update Service.
• Right to work in the UK.
• Early years qualification (Level 2 or above).
