L&Q Group is looking for a Caretaker based in Lewisham to maintain communal areas and carry out small repairs. This permanent, full-time role involves working hours from 8am to 4pm, Monday to Friday, with a supportive environment for learning and skill development.
The ideal candidate should have good communication skills and a proactive attitude. Trade skills or gardening experience are advantageous, but not essential as training will be provided.
A Basic Disclosure Barring Service certificate is required for this position.
