Dental Nurse – Mixed NHS / Private

Overview

We are looking for a reliable and friendly Dental Nurse to join our client’s busy mixed NHS and private practice near Kingswinford. This is a great opportunity to become part of a supportive team in a well-established practice offering a broad range of treatments. The ideal candidate for this role would be a Dental Nurse with several years of experience, seeking to move into a new role.

Key Responsibilities

• Welcoming patients in person and on the phone in a friendly, professional manner and checking in patients for their appointments.
• Providing information about treatments, procedures, and clinic policies.
• Managing nervous or anxious patients calmly and supportively.
• Booking and rescheduling appointments.
• Taking payments (cash, card, insurance claims).
• Updating personal details, medical histories, and treatment records.
• Processing patient registrations and consent forms.
