Location: Northampton, Northamptonshire

Salary: £14.06 per hour

Shift Pattern: Mon-Fri – Rotating shifts (5:55am-2:00pm, 1:55pm-10:00pm)

We’re recruiting a Counterbalance Driver to join a well-established manufacturing and distribution business in Northampton. This is a key role ensuring the smooth running of the warehouse and timely delivery of customer orders.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Loading and unloading deliveries safely
• Booking in finished goods using scanners
• Transporting products, stock, and packaging around the warehouse
• Assisting with repacking, packaging supply, and stock movements
• Following FIFO stock rotation at all times
• Scanning out finished goods during loading
• Completing daily FLT checks, stock counts, dock audits, and 5S checks
• Maintaining high housekeeping standards across warehouse and yard
• Following all Health & Safety procedures and wearing required PPE

What We’re Looking For

• Valid FLT licence (in date or in-house training provided)
• Experience working in a warehouse or manufacturing environment
• Strong teamwork and communication skills
• Good attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
• Flexible, positive, and reliable work attitude
