Duties:-
- Coordinatingworldwidemultimodalexportsandimports(Air,Road,SeaandCourier)
- Managingbookings,collections,transport,andliaisingwithoverseasagents/customers
- Preparingandprocessingshippingdocumentation
- Submittingimport&exportcustomsentries
- Buildingstrongrelationshipswithcustomers,suppliers,andpartnerstodeliverexcellentservice
- Providingquotations,pricingjobs,andraisinginvoicesaccurately
- Handlingmultipleshipmentssimultaneouslyandcommunicatingeffectivelyatalltimes
ExperienceNeeded:-
- Importsorexports(orboth)withinthefreightforwardingindustry
- Excellentcustomerserviceskillswithaprofessionaltelephonemanner
- Highlyorganised,detail-oriented,andabletoworktostrictdeadlines
