Main Duties

To make and manage bookings for clients on ferry services.

Role

• Providing high quality customer service
• Making telephone calls to existing clients
• Processing enquiries promptly and accurately
• Liaising with the sales and administration departments for quotes
• Developing and maintaining relationships with existing clients

Candidate

• Fluent in German (written and spoken) – Essential
• Strong customer service background
• Excellent communications skills
• IT literateGood attention to detail
