Pay rate: £14.27 per hour (including night and weekend enhancements)
Hours: 11.5 per week
Shift: 20:30 – 8am every Sunday

We’re on the hunt for genuinely caring, hands‑on Female Support Workers with a passion for enhancing the quality of life of the people we support. As a Support Worker you will help people gain more independence in their daily lives while working within a dynamic team to support a fantastic group of people.
The residential service is welcoming and friendly – no two days will be the same. You’ll teach new life skills, assist with personal care, encourage access to local communities, socialise and do activities: local bars and pubs, video games, films or cinema outings.
This role is an amazing opportunity to make a real difference to someone’s life, helping them gain confidence and independence to achieve goals such as cooking dinner on their own or going on holiday.
We look for Support Workers who hold a full UK driving licence, are resilient, flexible, composed, have experience following Positive Behaviour Support plans and reflective practice, and have worked with individuals requiring enhanced support, including distress behaviour, mental health conditions, autism, forensic histories and people who have experienced trauma.
