The Optical Division of Flame Health is recruiting a Dispensing Optician or an experienced Dispensing Optician Manager for an independent optical group in North West London. The practice is a premium, patient‑focused environment with modern diagnostic and dispensing technology, and a small team of 2–3 staff members.

Responsibilities

• Lead the day‑to‑day running of the practice and manage a small team.
• Oversee dispensing operations and ensure patients receive a professional and personalised experience.
• Maintain high standards of customer care, quality and patient satisfaction.
• Support team members and contribute to a close‑knit, high‑standard service environment.

Qualifications

• Qualified Dispensing Optician with a strong track record, or readiness to step into a management role.
• Commercial awareness and attention to detail.
• Interest in optical fashion and premium products.
• Ability to lead by example within a small team.
