London College of Contemporary Arts (LCCA), part of Global University Systems, is seeking an experienced Compliance, Audit & Standards Manager to strengthen our quality assurance environment and support the delivery of consistent, high-quality academic standards across the College.

The Role
This role combines operational leadership with strategic influence. You will take ownership of compliance across the student lifecycle, leading audits that identify gaps, drive improvements and ensure alignment with regulatory requirements and expectations.
You will also oversee quality processes across the College, including validation, monitoring, assessment boards, external examining and academic governance, to bring clarity and consistency across departments.
You will contribute to enhancing student outcomes by developing robust quality frameworks aligned to B1, B2 and B3 conditions.
Working with colleagues across academic and professional services, you will act as a trusted advisor and line-manage a small team, fostering a positive, solutions-focused culture. You will support engagement with regulatory bodies and assist with audits, reviews and inspections.
About You
You will bring strong experience of quality assurance and regulatory compliance within higher education, with understanding of OfS, QAA, OIA, and the UK Quality Code. You will be comfortable leading audits, interpreting regulatory requirements and applying them practically.
- Attention to detail with sound judgement, and the ability to influence and improve practice across teams.
- Experience of managing and developing others, and the ability to navigate a fast-paced, evolving environment.
