Dual Trade Operative – 1x Permanent, Full-time role available
The starting salary for this permanent position is £35,234 per year. An hourly rate of £19.31 per hour is also offered.
Working hours are 35 hours per week, Monday‑Friday, between 8 am and 3:30 pm.
About the role
Reporting to the area Team Leader, this role is responsible for undertaking skilled maintenance work within your designated trades. You will provide practical skilled expertise ensuring service demands are met timely, effectively, and efficiently.
Criteria for role
To be successful, you will need a minimum Level 3 NVQ qualification in both Plumbing and another skilled trade. A valid CSCS card and a valid driving licence are also required.
