Based at our warehouse in Livingston, Scotland.

Key Responsibilities

Drive the refurbishment process for defective parts and maintain accurate records in the Opus Flow system. Track material disposition reports (MDR), purchase order data, financials, and refurbishment status. Coordinate with refurbishment companies to arrange fixes, collections, and transport of parts to and from field technicians. Create and improve processes, prepare detailed documentation for each stock article, and handle scrapping in line with local regulations. Support the new red MDR process for warranty claims.

Requirements

• Previous experience working in a stock warehouse with solid material management knowledge.
• Comfortable learning new systems like Opus Flow and advanced Microsoft Office skills.
• A full driver’s licence and a valid passport.
• Physically capable of handling, packing, and unpacking stock articles.
• Based close to Coalville for convenient commute.
• Passion for process improvement and efficient operation.
• Strong communication skills for building relationships internally and externally.
• Ability to juggle multiple tasks under pressure and deliver creative solutions.
