Nursery Manager – Sherwood Nursery

Salary : Up to £40,000 per annum + Bonus Package

We are looking for a passionate, experienced, and inspiring Nursery Manager to lead our beautiful Sherwood Nursery. Your Role

As Nursery Manager, you will :

  • Lead the day-to-day running of the nursery
  • Inspire, support, and develop your team to deliver outstanding practice
  • Build strong relationships with children, families, and colleagues
  • Maintain exceptional standards of care, learning, safeguarding, and compliance
  • Promote the nursery to prospective families and support occupancy growth
  • Create a warm, positive, and inclusive nursery environment where children and staff thrive

What We’re Looking For

  • Minimum Level 3 qualification in Early Years Education and Childcare
  • At least 3 years’ nursery management experience
  • Strong knowledge of the EYFS and safeguarding
  • A passion for delivering outstanding childcare and early education
  • Experience leading and motivating teams
  • A positive, customer-focused approach with families and staff
  • A commitment to continuous professional development

  • Monday to Friday
  • Shifts between 7:30am – 6:00pm
  • Salary up to £40,000 per annum
