We’re on the lookout for an experienced, friendly and motivated Customer Service Assistants to join our team at Parks & Cafes in Bristol. If you’re passionate about coffee, love great customer service, and bring a positive attitude to everything you do, we’d love to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities

• Craft consistently delicious drinks with care and attention
• Deliver excellent customer service with a smile
• Keep the barista area clean, stocked, and welcoming
• Take payments and handle orders with accuracy
• Maintain high standards of hygiene and food safety
• Learn and grow your skills in brewing, food prep, and presentation
• Represent our brand with pride and professionalism

What We’re Looking For

• Ability to work at various Park Cafe locations across Bristol
• Availability to work weekends is essential
• Additional shifts available during school holidays and busy weeks
• A positive attitude and strong work ethic
• A team player who communicates well
• Willingness to learn and grow
• Passion for great coffee and food
• Reliability and flexibility in a casual role
• 1 year experience in similar cafe environment
