You’ll inspect and repair pallets in a fast-paced, target-driven production environment, utilising hand tools and collaborating with automation and new technologies.**What you’ll do*** Inspect and repair pallets using hand tools* Apply safe working practices and meet safety standards* Maintain quality and production targets* Perform manual handling and housekeeping tasks* Support automation processes and adapt to new technologies* Uphold professional conduct and timekeeping standards**What we need from you*** Experience in a production or repair environment preferred* Comfortable with manual handling and physical tasks* Safety-conscious and reliable* Able to work to quality standards in a fast-paced setting* Willingness to learn and work with automation* Experience in using power tools and hand tools would be beneficial**We are an Equal Opportunity Employer, and we are committed to developing a diverse workforce in which everyone is treated fairly and with respect.
