Are you a Junior Vehicle Technician or Improver Mechanic with 1+ years of experience looking to specialize? The Payload (Pay & Perks)
- Salary: £30,000 – £40,000 Basic (Depending on your current experience).
- Bonus: Uncapped monthly bonus (Typically £300 – £600 extra per month).
- Hours: Monday – Friday only (Zero weekend work).
- Training: Full manufacturer-level VAG taraining and Hybrid/EV qualifications.
- The Goods: Tool insurance scheme, staff discounts, and internal performance incentives.
- Location: Modern Gillingham workshop, ideally located for those in Chatham, Rochester, Rainham, and Sittingbourne.
What You Will Be Doing
- Skill Building: Carrying out routine servicing, repairs, and basic diagnostics.
- MOT Support: Performing MOT preparation and general workshop maintenance.
- Quality Control: Road-testing vehicles to ensure they meet our 5-star safety standards.
- Specialist Learning: Gaining hands-on experience with VAG, Hybrid, and EV systems.
- Collaboration: Working closely with senior mentors and service advisors in a busy, professional bay.
