Responsibilities
- Redefine productivity across multiple sites through modern continuous improvement and strategic transformation
- Own and deliver a major capital improvement plan, aligned to long-term capability and cost optimisation
- Translate site-level successes into system-wide adoption — scaling what works, fast
- Shape asset strategy to future‑prove the network
- Influence and align senior operational leaders to embed new ways of working
- Lead a team of technical specialists to drive high-impact projects
Qualifications
- A strong engineering background, with real factory leadership experience
- A proven track record in transformation or manufacturing excellence
- Deep understanding of CI methodologies, capital delivery and asset strategy
- The ability to influence without authority — building followership through credibility and engagement
- High levels of emotional intelligence, adaptability and resilience
- You’re as comfortable in a plant as you are in the boardroom — and you know how to bridge the gap.
