The role:
You will support the publishing and sales team in delivering effective client campaigns from start to finish. Day‑to‑day this means managing client communication, coordinating video interviews and webinars, liaising with editorial and design, and ensuring all content is delivered on time and to a high standard. It is a varied, project‑led role where no two days look the same.
Requirements & Key Skills:
- Experience in a client services, campaign management, or account coordination role
- Customer‑focused mindset with excellent attention to detail
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Understanding of digital media and digital advertising operations
- Comfortable using MS Office and CRM systems such as Salesforce
- B2B media, publishing, or events experience is a bonus
