• Proven experience in a customer-facing role, with an understanding of the sales process ideally within private healthcare
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to multitask, prioritise, and work well under pressure
• A positive, can-do attitude and willingness to contribute to team success
• Proficiency in managing CRM systems and online payment platforms
