Working at various locations within Dundee Learning Disability services, you will work on a casual basis, when work is available you will be contacted. There is no obligation on Dundee Health and Social Care Partnership to offer you work, nor are you obliged to accept work. You will have 3 National 4’s, or equivalent and SVQ Level 2 in Care or ability to obtain within specified timescale. You will be registered with the Scottish Social Services Council within a specified timescale. You will undertake duties concerned with the operation of the Learning Disabilities Service whilst adhering to the Scottish Social Services Council, Codes of Practice and the Care Inspectorate, Health and Social Care Standards. You will have experience of working within a care setting and experience as a team member. You will have good personal care skills, written/oral communication skills. You will be flexible and have the ability to work at short notice and to work different shift patterns including evenings, nights and weekends.
