Typical earnings across our current team:*
- Year 1: £40,000 – £60,000 OTE
- Year 2: £60,000 – £80,000 OTE
- Year 3: £80,000+ OTE
*Many of our consultants outperform these benchmarks. We currently have Year 1 recruiters earning what we would typically expect from Year 2 consultants, while some of our team with 3+ years’ experience typically earn in excess of the year 3 figures.

Working Hours
Monday – Thursday: 8:00am – 5:00pm
Friday: 8:00am – 4:00pm

What You’ll Be Doing
- Building relationships with finance and accountancy professionals across your market
- Developing new business opportunities and winning new clients
- Making outbound sales calls to candidates and hiring managers
- Managing the full recruitment process from initial conversation through to placement
- Negotiating offers and closing deals
- Building and maintaining a strong network within your market
- Becoming a specialist within your chosen sector
- Working towards individual and team targets
- Generating repeat business through exceptional relationship management

Experience
- 1+ years’ sales experience preferred
- Recruitment experience is welcome but not essential
- Experience in business development, outbound sales or customer-facing roles is advantageous
