Qualified Bus Driver – Caithness with £2000 joining bonus

Salary and Working Hours

£14.60 per hour, £16.50 overtime for hours above 42. Shift patterns of any 5 over 7 days.

Joining Bonus

• £500 after 1 month of service
• £500 after 3 months of service
• £500 after 6 months of service
• £500 after 9 months of service

Responsibilities

• Drive the fleet safely and smoothly with confidence.
• Ensure every passenger has a great journey.
• Provide top‑notch customer service, welcoming and caring.
• Create a welcoming environment with a good attitude.
• Work flexible shifts, including early mornings, evenings, weekends.

Qualifications

• 18+ years old and hold a PCV licence.
• Right to work in the UK.
• Patient, safe, courteous approach to driving.
• Positive, friendly attitude and passion for customer service.
• Willingness to learn and be part of a team.
