Lead Integration Engineer

Our client is seeking a hands‑on Lead Integration Engineer to drive end‑to‑end execution of complex integration initiatives tied to acquisitions. This role sits at the center of technical delivery, coordinating cross‑functional teams, resolving high‑priority issues, and ensuring seamless sequencing and execution across environments. You will act as both a technical authority and operational leader, directly influencing how newly acquired organizations are integrated into the enterprise ecosystem.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Leading integration execution across acquisition environments and workstreams
• Serving as technical lead and pod coordinator across infrastructure and application teams
• Driving prioritization, sequencing, and resolution of technical issues
• Partnering with IT leadership, IMO/TMO, and internal SMEs
• Supporting identity, email, AD, cloud, and hybrid environment integrations
• Participating in go‑lives and occasional travel as needed

What You’ll Need to be Considered

• 7+ years of relevant experience
• Strong hands‑on experience with infrastructure, networks, systems, and cloud platforms
• Deep understanding of identity, email systems, and hybrid Active Directory environments
• Ability to operate in M&A or complex integration‑heavy environments (preferred)
• Strong communication skills with ability to drive execution across teams
• Willingness to operate in high-urgency, “all hands on deck” environments with occasional extended hours
