- Identity Management Specialist role within Corporate Technology, supporting Active Directory (on-prem) and Azure AD platforms.
- Act as the main 3rd line escalation point for complex BAU incidents, troubleshooting and in-depth technical analysis.
- Contribute to the strategic direction of Identity Management through technical workshops, documentation, and stakeholder engagement.
- Ensure platform availability, performance monitoring, service health, and maintenance of operational and technical standards.
- Analyse security and service performance data to identify trends, risks, and continuous improvement opportunities.
- Require 5+ years’ experience (or relevant Microsoft certification) in Identity Management, with strong expertise in AD, Azure AD, automation, and cyber security trends.
