Responsibilities

• Provide personal care and support to clients in their homes.
• Assist with daily activities and errands.
• Ensure clients’ comfort and well-being.
• Help with meal preparation and feeding.
• Assist with mobility and physical therapy exercises.
• Accompany clients to appointments and social activities.
• Monitor and record clients’ health and progress.
• Communicate effectively with clients, families, and healthcare professionals.

Requirements

• Must hold a full driving licence and have your own vehicle.

• Willingness to undergo training.
• Preferred candidates should be residing in or around Mitcham.
