The Performance Operations Manager is responsible for leading and overseeing the day‑to‑day operational, administrative, financial and governance needs of Boccia UK, ensuring the delivery of a seamless, high‑quality delivery of all World Class Programme initiatives and smooth running of the organisation.
Salary £40,000 – £45,000. Full time, Permanent (subject to continued Funding from UK Sport). Hours Full Time. Organisation Boccia England. Placed On Mon 30th March, 2026. Closes 12:00am – Wed 8th April, 2026. Sport / Activity Boccia.
Responsibilities
The role focuses on managing logistics, operations and governance to maximise Boccia UK’s strategic and performance outcomes. The individual will provide secretariat support to the Board and wider committees as well as be company secretary (companies house) and point of contact for yearly audits.
