Prospero Teaching is looking to fill an HLTA position at a Primary School in WF2 to start on a full time basis from Easter: The successful candidate will: – Have previous HLTA experience and an HLTA qualification – Establish a warm, caring, and supportive relationship with the pupils – Be able to manage challenging behaviour effectively – Have effective verbal and written communication – Support the use of support staff relevant to the class – Contribute to the provision of a safe, secure learning environment – Have experience working with SEN/SEMH needs – Have strong behaviour management techniques
