Sales Executive | Belfast City Centre | Full-Time | Office Based

Working Hours

Monday – Thursday: 8:00am – 5:00pm

Friday: 8:00am – 4:00pm

Please note: This is a fully office-based position in Belfast city centre. We do not offer hybrid or remote working.

What Does The Role Involve?

This is a relationship-focused sales position where you’ll connect talented finance professionals with businesses looking to hire.

You’ll spend your time building networks, creating opportunities, developing client relationships and managing deals from initial conversation through to completion.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing new business opportunities through proactive outreach
  • Building long-term relationships with clients and candidates
  • Conducting high-volume outbound calls
  • Managing the recruitment process from start to finish
  • Negotiating offers and securing successful outcomes
  • Growing and maintaining a strong professional network
  • Becoming a market specialist within your sector
  • Achieving and exceeding individual performance targets
  • Delivering a high-quality service to both clients and candidates

Who We’re Looking For

Previous recruitment experience is not required.

Experience

  • Minimum 1 year’s sales experience preferred
  • Experience in business development, outbound sales, telesales or customer-facing sales environments is advantageous
  • Recruitment experience is welcome but not essential
