Your Role

We are looking for a strategic, data‑driven Senior ABM Manager to lead the design and execution of high‑impact account‑based marketing programs within a fast‑paced SaaS/enterprise technology environment. This role is ideal for someone who thrives at the intersection of marketing and sales, and understands how to drive measurable revenue outcomes through targeted, insight‑led engagement.

You will drive the end‑to‑end ABM strategy across 1:1, 1:few, and 1:many programs, aligning closely with sales and customer success teams to engage key accounts across the full customer lifecycle—from pipeline generation to expansion. With a deep understanding of buying groups and long sales cycles, you will create personalized, multi‑channel campaigns that resonate with enterprise decision‑makers and accelerate deal velocity.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute ABM strategies across tiered account segments (1:1, 1:few, 1:many) to drive pipeline, revenue, and account expansion
  • Partner closely with sales leadership to define target accounts, map buying groups, and align on account plans
  • Leverage intent data, CRM insights, and ABM platforms to inform targeting, personalization, and timing
  • Own full program lifecycle: planning, messaging, execution, measurement, and optimization
  • Track and report on key ABM metrics including pipeline contribution
  • Collaborate cross‑functionally across product marketing, demand generation, and customer marketing within a matrixed organization

About You

  • 5+ years of Account Based Marketing experience in a B2B business
  • Team player who is able to work both collaboratively and autonomously
  • Strong project management, time management, prioritization and organizational skills
  • Experience managing and prioritizing multiple projects simultaneously
  • Proven track record of driving pipeline growth and influencing enterprise deals
  • Understanding of complex B2B buying cycles and multi‑stakeholder decision‑making
  • Experience with ABM and marketing technologies (e.g., CRM, intent data platforms, marketing automation tools)
  • Highly analytical, with a data‑driven approach to optimization and performance measurement
  • Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence sales and executive teams
