About The Role

We are looking for a Customer Committee Member to help shape services and represent customer voices at a strategic level.

The Customer Committee supports the Group Board by overseeing customer experience, reviewing performance and helping ensure services meet regulatory standards. This is a valuable opportunity to influence decisions and contribute to better outcomes for residents.

  • Review key policies, reports and service standards
  • Help ensure a wide range of customer views are heard and reflected
  • Support equality, diversity and inclusion across services.

About You

  • An interest in housing and customer services
  • The ability to give balanced, independent views
  • Confidence to contribute in meetings
  • A willingness to learn and develop your knowledge.

Essential Requirements

You must be a tenant or household occupant living in an NCHA property and able to attend at least four meetings each year, these meetings will alternate between in person and MS Teams. As part of this role, you will be expected to complete mandatory training with some optional additional training. You must not be a current employee or contractor, or in dispute with NCHA.
