Location: Dartford (Hybrid working available)

About the Role

Our client is looking for a motivated and commercially minded Marketing & Business Development Graduate to support the growth of their engineering services and innovative hydrogen solutions.

This is an exciting opportunity to work across both traditional Oil & Gas and renewable energy sectors, including cutting‑edge green hydrogen projects.

Key Responsibilities

Marketing & Content Development

• Develop and update marketing materials for Engineering services (Oil & Gas and renewables)
• Develop and update marketing materials for Hydrogen‑related hardware and solutions
• Support the creation of presentations, brochures, and digital content
• Assist in maintaining and improving website and brand messaging

Business Development

• Conduct market research to identify potential clients and new opportunities
• Build and maintain a pipeline of prospective clients
• Reach out to potential clients via email and telephone
• Support proposal development and client engagement activities

Events & Industry Engagement

• Attend industry seminars, conferences, and exhibitions
• Represent the business and support networking efforts
• Track industry trends and competitor activity

About You

• A recent graduate (or equivalent experience) in Marketing, Business, Engineering, or a related field
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proactive, self‑motivated, and eager to learn
• Comfortable with research, outreach, and client interaction
• Strong organisational and time management skills
